The entire building will be controlled with the BMS Automation System (Building Management System), the energy consumption of luminaires and equipment, air conditioning, and where both the interior and exterior electrical systems and lighting will be controlled, as well as the air conditioning levels in areas of offices and production.
The green areas are composed of gardening in the region to reduce water consumption and the irrigation system will be through treated water. One of the reasons why this project is called LEED.
In the parking lot special drawers were dedicated to shared and efficient vehicles, motivating users to follow these practices and reduce vehicle pollution.
The accumulation of CO2 will be measured by means of sensors in the boardrooms and thus avoid its high levels that can lead to headaches or lack of user attention during meetings.
