At GP Construcción, we know that the future of the industry lies with the next generation. That’s why we created the GP Academy, a development program for young talent in civil engineering, architecture, and electrical and mechanical engineering, offering opportunities to grow and develop with us.

Total Immersion

During three months of intensive training, participants are guided by our own experts and department heads. This hands-on experience allows them to immerse themselves in our corporate culture, master our systems, and learn how we do things. The training covers the most critical areas of Construction 4.0:
