"GP took on the challenge of building Bobcat’s first manufacturing facility in Mexico on a very ambitious timeline. From the start, we knew we needed a general contractor with the scale, experience, and flexibility to meet the demands of a project of this magnitude, and GP proved to be the right partner.
Throughout the project, their team was highly flexible with changes in design and construction, always working to minimize the impact on our overall schedule while helping us stay within budget. They were also proactive in offering recommendations and solutions whenever challenges arose.
What truly sets GP apart is their ability to overcome challenges and find a way forward. Even though GP works with many clients, they always made us feel like we were their only one. “No” is a two-letter word, but it doesn’t seem to be one GP uses often."

"One aspect that went particularly well throughout the project was the entire legal and compliance process. From the beginning, we knew that meeting all the requirements for construction permits and keeping documentation up to date could be challenging.
Constructora Garza Ponce took responsibility from day one for ensuring that all required documentation was complete and current. We never encountered any issues with the local authorities, and everything related to the workers’ Social Security requirements was always properly managed and in order.
I would highly recommend Constructora Garza Ponce because they have the experience, expertise, and capacity to successfully deliver projects of this scale."
