Academia GP Welcomes a New Class of Graduates

On October 9, GP Construcción held a graduation ceremony for 15 participants from the third cohort of Academia GP, its young talent development program. The ceremony took place at the company’s offices, marking the conclusion of three months of training and learning alongside the organization’s executives.

The graduates received their diplomas at a ceremony attended by Diego Garza and corporate executives, who joined this new class to celebrate an important milestone in their professional development.

Three months of learning alongside those who build

The GP Academy introduces students in civil engineering, architecture, and electrical and mechanical engineering to the processes, tools, and knowledge that are part of the work at GP Construction.

Throughout the program, participants are guided by experts and department heads, who share their experience and help them learn about four key areas of Construction 4.0:

  • Construction and Supervision.
  • Engineering and BIM Methodology.
  • Project Management.
  • Legal Affairs and Budget.

This training allows them to gain firsthand insight into the company's culture, become familiar with its systems, and understand how the various disciplines come together in the development of a construction project.
