Growing Up in GP: Promoting Education Through Mobile Classrooms

We are committed to fostering the growth of our employees. That is why we have created spaces dedicated to education so they can complete their basic education and take specialized workshops, English classes, and computer classes in an accessible way. Learn about the two mobile classrooms we inaugurated in collaboration with Construyendo y Creciendo.

Mobile Classroom with LEGO LOM

Our first mobile classroom was created as part of a project with LEGO LOM in Nuevo León, marking the beginning of our educational initiatives in the field of construction. We provide equipment such as computers and the following tools:

Mobile Classroom with Whirlpool

We set up the second mobile classroom as part of a project with Whirlpool in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, with the goal of bringing education to as many employees as possible at the construction site, demonstrating our commitment to the growth and flexibility of our workforce.

The employees have shared that they are pleased with the opportunity they have been given, noting that this recognition is valuable to them and expressing their sincere gratitude.
