At GP Construcción, we are known as an organization that builds dreams that transcend, and part of our mission is to participate in events that promote conscious leadership, such as “Breaking Business Boundaries: Leading Tomorrow’s Success,” organized by UDEM.

The conference, “Breaking Business Boundaries: Leading Tomorrow’s Success,” brought together students and faculty from UDEM with the goal of encouraging Business School students to engage with the professional world through lectures, workshops, and company visits with experts from various industries.

We participated as exhibitors with a presentation titled “The Corporate Approach Through Conscious Capitalism,” delivered by our CEO, Diego Garza. During the presentation, he explained how this approach has enabled us to implement initiatives that not only drive our company’s success but also have a positive impact on our community, stakeholders, and the business environment.

It is a privilege to share insights that foster the creation of companies with a higher purpose—a focus on people—and to inspire conscious capitalism in future generations.
