Inclusion That Builds: A Talk on Mexican Sign Language
Inclusion is one of the pillars of a more equitable and diverse society, which is why we have implemented the “Inclusion That Builds” program, which aims to integrate people with disabilities into our workforce and support their professional development.
As part of this initiative, Miguel Alejandro Rodríguez Valdez, an expert in workplace inclusion for people with hearing impairments, gave a presentation titled“Mexican Sign Language,”during which we learned the alphabet and some basic hand gestures.
At GP Construcción, we know that inclusion goes beyond hiring: it is an ongoing process of mutual support and growth.
