Together We Build More: Spaces That Strengthen Women’s Leadership, Well-Being, and Growth

At GP Construcción, we believe that building also means creating opportunities, fostering inspiring conversations, and creating spaces where people can grow in every way.

As part of this vision, in March we launched “Together We Build More,” an initiative focused on strengthening leadership, well-being, and the development of women within our community.

Through a variety of activities, we seek to foster a more welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative organizational culture, creating opportunities for our employees to connect, share experiences, and acquire tools that contribute to their personal and professional growth.

These initiatives are part of GP Construcción’s commitment to continuing to build work environments where personal development, participation, and well-being play a fundamental role in our organizational culture.

As part of this initiative, we hosted the panel discussion “Women Who Build,” a forum designed to share experiences, lessons learned, and perspectives on women’s leadership, professional growth, and the role of women in the construction industry and the business world.

Through this panel, we aim to foster conversations that build trust, facilitate the sharing of experiences, and create support networks among female employees, thereby promoting a more engaged and connected community.

We also offer a self-defense class designed to provide tools that enhance participants’ safety, confidence, and overall well-being, while emphasizing the importance of creating spaces that support both professional and personal growth.

In addition, we host the “Charlando entre Mujeres” after-work event, a gathering designed to foster connections, networking, and conversations among female employees in a more intimate and collaborative setting.

At GP Construcción, we understand that organizational growth is also built on diversity, inclusion, and the development of our people. That is why we continue to promote initiatives that strengthen leadership, participation, and growth among women within our community.
