At GP Construcción, in addition to our commitment to service excellence, we are also committed to our social and environmental responsibilities. That is why we implement corporate sustainability practices in three key areas: governance, the environment, and social issues. Learn more about them.
1. We are a 100% Mexican company
Our headquarters are located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and we have carried out various local and national projects that have contributed to the country's economic and professional development.
2. We identify and mitigate risks related to corruption
We have a Code of Ethics, an Anti-Corruption Policy, an Anonymous Reporting Hotline, and a Policy on Gifts to Third Parties to prevent any of our stakeholders from deriving personal benefit.
3. We recycled an average of 86% of special-handling waste in 2024
Materials such as wood, steel, concrete, construction debris, and fibers are sent for recycling to contribute to sustainable production.
4. We assess and manage our environmental impact
We measure our total monthlyCO2 emissions to promote greater energy efficiency in our operations and install solar panels at our construction sites.
5. We offer full-time positions
Our employees have access to medical, nutritional, and psychological services, as well as vaccination, vision, and dental programs.
6. We have a high workplace safety rating
