How do we maintain corporate transparency at GP Construcción?
At GP Construcción, we promote transparency, integrity, and trust in every transaction and project. In a previous article, we shared four of our corporate policies that promote transparency, but how do we ensure they are enforced? Learn about the following actions that help us enforce and monitor our policies.
We adhere to our Code of Ethics
In addition to documenting our Code of Ethics, our directors and team leaders ensure that they lead by example, demonstrating ethical behavior and integrity, conducting regular reviews, taking corrective action when necessary, and recognizing employees’ ethical behavior.
We follow up on anonymous reports
Every call received by our Anonymous Reporting Hotline is thoroughly investigated to put a stop to the reported activity. We encourage our employees and stakeholders to report any acts that indicate corruption or actions that are inconsistent with our corporate values and principles.
We appointed a Compliance Committee for the gift policy
We are committed to strengthening our relationships with our team, customers, and suppliers, and to ensure transparency in this process, we have designated specific individuals to carry out this activity. Those responsible are: the Corporate Human Resources Director, the Assistant Director of Audit and Internal Control, the Director of Planning and Administration, and the Assistant Director of VMO, who are responsible for receiving, deciding on, and communicating the disposition of prohibited gifts.

We promote clear and direct communication at all levels of the company, ensuring that relevant information is shared with employees in a timely and transparent manner, preventing misunderstandings, and openly sharing important corporate decisions and the reasoning behind them.
